Aiport fun!

I'm not sure why Canadian government doesn't support young athletes. Where is the logic behind that one? I guess they would like to spend millions of dollars on preventing obesity and other health issues then to reward the kids who are already active .... not the same in good old Europe. The  government is happy to have great kids to represent their country around the world. Our kids wear CANADA on their gi, on the track suite, EVERYWHERE ..... Good they are proud Canadians!
We were really lucky this year. We were able to cover all cost of Seb's trip. It took a lots of work to organize fundraiser etc. We are really lucky to have friends who love our boys and they support Seb all the way there. I love you all!
Time to get on the plane!!!!!

Toronto

Made it to Toronto! It's really entertaining to watch people at the airport. Some really happy, some stressing. We told ourself: We are on holiday, let's leave the stress behind us in O_Town. I'm sure we'll get good chunk of stress during the World Karate Championship! It's pretty crazy to watch all the great competitors who spent their time train and train and train! And now the time is here! We are finally on our way there.
Kids had to eat their last crappy food in Canada. Pizza Pizza won! I'm getting a beer after check in. I guess that's great way to start vacation!
Alright, time to check in with Air Transat and fly toward sun, beach, ocean, peace and no stress :)

Pack ... no 6 pack ...

Did I say I hate packing? Oh man.
Sparring gear - checked
Gi - checked
Black Belt - checked
Bo - checked
My brain - would like to say checked, but can't find it ...
I tried to check in online with Air Transat .. do you think it works? Nope ... Let's hope we'll get good experience with them tomorrow.

Portugal, here we come .... one more day

Blog. Blogging .... Everybody do it. I guess not everybody, but there is so many blogs - cooking (don't find my comments in that one), style, fashion ... and more and more and more. I decided to share some of my thinking process with my friends. Yes, I do think - sometimes.
I do use my laptop a lot. I got it thanks to my good friend Jen. I always wanted a laptop. Sitting in my bed and watching czech movies, suft the net, chat with my friends. Yeah, so far I haven't done that. And I have my lovely Toshiba for almost a year. After suffering and stressing out with granny's old pc, got this beauty! Great to work on my multimedia, great to take it with me to my second home. I do have 2 homes. The second one I love as well. It feels here like a family. DOJO ... my second home. I know, I should be working and training hard so I can be the best person I even be. I do, but I also spend a lots of times here to watch some great talented kids training, spending their every single minute of their free time here. They still do care about Facebook, xbox and all that crap our kids have these days. But they know what they want. They want to win, all of them representing Canada at World Karate Championship in Portugal. That's their focus for now. Let's see if karate still wins over the Xbox when we get back :)
I still have to pack before our big departure tomorrow. I hate that! Our cat doesn't want us to go. She was sleeping in my suitcase when I left my Home #1 to go to Home #2.
Going for healthy dinner .... oh yeah! Starving after great workout.
